Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Application Review
Once we've received your application, this will be reviewed by a member of our resourcing team; your experience & qualifications will be assessed against the requirements of the position.
- Stage 2
Initial Video Interview
If your application is shortlisted for the position, you will be invited to complete a short pre-set video interview. This can be completed at home, and further information will be provided at the time.
- Stage 3
Chat with Resourcing team
Following a successful initial video interview, you will be contacted by a member of our resourcing team to discuss the details of our position and practice further.
- Stage 4
Practice Interview
Your application will be forwarded onto our practice leadership team, and an interview will be scheduled with this team at the practice.
- Stage 5
Offered & Hired
Following a successful interview process, you will be offered the position and hired if verbally accepted. We will issue you with an offer letter & contract, and you can sign these documents to formally accept the position.
